The Tour de France is the most famous cycling race in the world, watched every year with passion by millions of fans around the world. The legendary sporting event began in 1903, and the concept of L’Étape by Tour de France was born naturally in 1993, out of a desire to give amateur cyclists a chance to live this unique experience.

 

L’Étape by Tour de France will have, starting with 2022, the edition of L’Étape Romania, which will take place in Bucharest.

The event takes place in partnership with the Bucharest City Hall, the Department of Culture, Education, Tourism and PROEDUS. The institutional partners that support the event are the French Embassy, ​​the Ministry of Sports and the Romanian Cycling Federation.
